Upcoming Show - Lida Citroen!

Lida is the author of "Engaging with Veteran Talent: A quick and practical guide to sourcing, hiring, onboarding and developing Veteran employees." On this very special day, we remember to honor our veterans, who have sacrificed so much in order to serve our wonderful country. Yet, the sad reality is that many veterans struggle to find employment in today's workforce. On Saturday, Lida will outline ways in which employers can make an effort to hire more veterans. There are many advantages to this practice, and employers can benefit from the unique sets of skills, knowledge, and experiences that are held by former military members. For employers who already understand these benefits and have decided to take on the veteran hiring initiative, Lida will review best practices, special onboarding programs, and effective recruiting.
